2118 Hours Deputies responded to a disturbance in the 61000 Block Highway 50. Brad Fortner, 56, was arrested for domestic violence, protection order violation, first degree criminal trespass, and possession of a weapon by a previous offender.

2130 Hours Deputy was dispatched to a reported accident in Peach Valley. He contacted a wanted person near the scene. The wanted party, Taylor Goetz, 23, ran from the deputy. An additional warrant is being sought for reckless driving and felony eluding.

2329 Hours Deputy assisted Montrose PD with a disturbance in the 1000 Block North Second Street.
