1918 Hours Arcadio Rodriguez-Lobatos, 34, was arrested for DUI, weaving, child abuse, no driver’s license, and no proof of insurance, in the 14700 Block Marine Road.

2012 Hours Deputy conducted a field interview on Sunset Mesa.

2015 Hours Deputies were dispatched to a disturbance in the 63200 Block Lavender Circle.

2040 Hours Deputy assisted a citizen at East Main Street and North Townsend Avenue.

2056 Hours Deputy assisted Olathe PD with a traffic stop at mile marker 82 on Highway 50.

2118 Hours Deputies responded to a disturbance in the 67200 Block Landfill Road. Ramiro Escobedo-Ramos, 23, was arrested for domestic violence, false imprisonment, obstruction of phone service, and on a warrant.

2205 Hours Deputy was dispatched to a report of fireworks in the 67200 Block Miami Road.

2311 Hours Jerry Parker, 55, was cited for an expired temporary permit and driving under restraint at North Park Avenue and North San Juan Avenue. He was also arrested on a warrant.

2326 Hours Deputy responded to a livestock problem at Miami Road and 6830 Court.

2344 Hours Bryan White, 27, was arrested for driving while ability impaired and disregarding a traffic control device in the 900 Block North Townsend Avenue.

0001 Hours Deputy was dispatched to a report of gunshots in the 66200 Block Rose Road.

0028 Hours Deputy assisted Montrose PD with a traffic stop at North Second Street and North Cascade Avenue.

0218 Hours Joseph Silva, 20, was cited for expired license plates in the 400 Block North First Street.

0239 Hours Deputy took an informational report at North Park Avenue and East Main Street.

0432 Hours Deputy responded to a report of suspicious activity in the 700 Block South Seventh Street in Olathe. Juan Martin, 19, was arrested for domestic violence, third degree assault, and false imprisonment.

0801 Hours Deputy was dispatched to a traffic hazard at mile marker 125 on Highway 550. The hazard was removed.

0843 Hours Deputy responded to a 911 hang up in the 1100 Block Normandy Road.

0858 Hours Deputy was dispatched to a stray dog report in the 16200 Block Chipeta Road.

1850 Hours Catherine Warner, 32, was cited for speeding and failing to procure a Colorado registration within 30 days at mile marker 87 on Highway 50.

1920 Hours Leon Wengerd, 25, was cited for speeding in a construction zone at mile marker 90 on Highway 50.

2239 Hours Deputy conducted a traffic stop at North Uncompahgre Avenue and North First Street. The driver, Joshua Husa, 35, was uncooperative. He was arrested for assault on a peace officer, resisting arrest, obstructing an officer, and no proof of insurance.
