1043 Hours         Thomas Rasmussen, 79, was contacted on Highway 97 mm 2 near Nucla and issued a warning for failure to maintain lane.

1223 Hours         Deputy was dispatched to the 600 block of Payson Street in Naturita for a fraud report.

1802 Hours         Deputy was dispatched to the 31500 block of Highway 141 near Naturita for an animal problem.
