0953 Hours         Deputy was dispatched to the area North of Nucla for a fire.

1106 Hours         Deputy was dispatched to the 29400 block of Highway 97 near Nucla for a fraud report.

1136 Hours         Deputy was dispatched to the 200 block of West Fourth Avenue in Nucla for an information report.

1248 Hours         Deputy took a report of domestic violence in the 500 block of Payson Street in Naturita. Lucas Haining, 22, was arrested for third degree assault and domestic violence.  

1243 Hours         Deputy was dispatched to the 27000 block of GG25 Road near Naturita for a lost party.

1255 Hours         Deputy was dispatched to the 200 block of West Fourth Avenue in Nucla for a tobacco offense. Four juveniles were cited for underage possession of tobacco.

1941 Hours         Deputy was dispatched to the 200 block of West Fourth Avenue in Nucla for a welfare check.
