1912 Hours Deputy assisted a citizen in the 400 Block South Highway 50 Business Loop.

1944 Hours Deputy was dispatched to a report of suspicious activity at Sunshine and Kinikin Road. Contact was made with the vehicle at Sunshine and 6725 Road. Albert Bellgardt, 42, was arrested for DUI, expired license plates, and prohibited use of a weapon.

2226 Hours Deputy assisted Montrose PD with a disturbance at South Townsend Avenue and Woodgate Road.

2247 Hours A juvenile was cited for DUI, underage possession of alcohol, and failure to yield to emergency vehicles at South Townsend Avenue and Venture Way. The juvenile was released to her parents.

2312 Hours Deputies responded to a disturbance in the 1600 Block Locust Road. Robert Garduno, 32, was arrested for domestic violence, third degree assault, criminal mischief, and protection order violation.
