0900 Hours Deputy conducted a follow up investigation at the sheriff’s office in Nucla. Dale Herbert Allen, 37, Scott James Alexander Cable, 34, and Brydon James Haining, 19, were charged with Unlawful manufacture, distribution, dispensing or sale of a controlled substance, Unlawful extraction of marijuana concentrate and Unlawful cultivation of more than 12 plants on a residential property.
