1256 Hours Joseph Bires, 37, was arrested on a warrant at the sheriff’s office.

1339 Hours Deputy assisted Montrose PD with an accident at North San Juan and North Townsend Avenue.

1417 Hours Deputy responded to a stray dog in the 14500 Block 6355 Road.

1437 Hours Deputies were dispatched to a disturbance in the 59900 Block Highway 50. They arrested Oligar Pizano, 25, for domestic violence, felony menacing, and driving under restraint. They also arrested Gina Fresquez, 33, for domestic violence and criminal mischief.

1500 Hours Deputy responded to a stray dog in the 14600 Block 6355 Road.

1503 Hours Deputy was dispatched to a stray dog in the 14500 Block Marine Road.

1546 Hours Deputy made victim notification in the 13700 Block Marine Road.

1609 Hours Deputy performed an animal welfare check in the 14600 Block 6360 Road.

1623 Hours Deputy was dispatched to a vicious dog at Falcon and 6075 Road.

1642 Hours Deputy took a theft report in the 16300 Block 6420 Road. He cited Angel Ontiveros, 18, for theft.

1718 Hours Deputy responded to a report of suspicious activity in the 57500 Block Jig Road.

1723 Hours Deputy was dispatched to an alarm in the 4700 Block North Townsend Avenue.

1730 Hours Deputy responded to a 911 hang up in the 58500 Block Amber Road.

1739 Hours Deputy performed a welfare check in the 62800 Block LaSalle Road.

1953 Hours Deputies were dispatched to a report of a bear in livestock in the 61600 Block Niagara Road. Upon arrival, the bear had left the area.

2041 Hours Deputies responded to the hospital for a report of an assault victim. After investigation, it was determined the disturbance occurred on Elephant Skin Road. They cited Katelynn Waege, 20, for fighting by agreement. They filed a direct file with the district attorney for Georgia Evans, 19, for second degree assault and fighting by agreement. The case is still under investigation.
