0708 Hours Deputy reported an unsecure building in the 800 block of Main Street in Nucla. Responsible party was notified and everything appeared okay.

1219 Hours Deputy responded to the 35000 block of Highway 145 in Redvale for a trespassing report. Dawn Towner Adams, 58, was arrested for assault in the 3rd degree, obstruction, resisting arrest and complicity of a protection order. Melvin Miller Towner, 74, was arrested for a protection order violation, violation of bail bond, third degree trespass and obstruction.
