0417 Hours Deputy responded to the 800 block of Elm Street in Naturita for suspicious activity.
1355 Hours Deputy took a report of a traffic complaint on Highway 97 MM2 near Nucla. Timothy Oliver Berg, 65, was cited for disregarded signals of authorized flag person in Highway work area.
1705 Hours Deputy responded to the 200 block of Payson Street in Naturita for a report of a disturbance. Jason Thomas Schlueter, 32, was arrested for menacing, harassment, domestic violence and 3rd degree assault.
2158 Hours Deputy was requested to check the welfare on a person in the 400 block of Pine Street in Naturita. Everything appeared okay.
